Objective:
I am looking for a Sales and Management Position with a reputable company that is in a position to hire a full time employee that has experience as a marketer an analyst and a web site enthusiast.
Background:
Since graduating from college I have been fortunate to work with many successful companies in the areas of Consulting, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Management. Specific careers have given me hands-on experience from being a financial analyst reviewing income statements and revenue streams to maximize cost-of-goods-sold and ROI to working in the Multimedia, Print, CD & DVD Duplication, Advertising, Promotions, Web Site Development/Hosting/Optimization industry.
I have completed a variety of certifications and degrees, helping me stay abreast with today's business and ever-changing environment, and when the timing is right, I would like to finish my MBA through the University of Phoenix , specializing in Marketing. Currently I am at 50% completion.
In my last position I was regional sales manager for a web site company out of Anaheim California. This position entailed my travels through the state of Florida promoting the foundations of web sites and internet marketing to the real estate industry. Advanced Access provided a templated based application that required training and additional marketing support that was sold on a back end basis. Items that I covered while promoting AA’s products were the key competencies of key word analysis, Meta tag creation and link exchanging according to desired traffic and niche penetration. These were necessary items the agents needed to master in order to maximize their existence on the internet with AA’s product.
Being in the internet industry I have also launched several successful web sites using some of today’s search engine optimization techniques including implementing a pay-per-click ad campaigns and paid directory submission for maximum web site exposure.
Because I enjoy the aspect of designing and building business models I have structured and re-engineered many businesses during my stint at UCF, as well as graduate school projects helping companies recognize proper marketing channels they needed for optimum revenue retention. I carry the “big picture mindset” that enables me to see many avenues of business positioning from leveraging merchant, vendor and reseller relationships to partnerships and multiple avenues of product positioning in order to accomplish company objectives. Many of my ventures have been successful with the efforts of guerrilla marketing therefore I am not afraid of working with start up companies or even re-engineering an existing business model with a fortune 500 company.
In 2003 I attended one of the Northeast´s most intensive Business Analyst Training classes sponsored by IPA/IBA. Working as a traveling analyst, I opened consulting services billing at $230/hr by conducting a quantitative and qualitative company analysis survey to use as a selling tool for management and owners.(PA/IBA is a spin-off of George S. May Analysts Association, second only to KPMG.)

AA is a family run business that has over 145 employees in Anaheim CA providing web site design and hosting for over 30,000 customers nation wide. AA was just purchased by Trader Publications and is currently functioning as a branch of Dominion Enterprises LLC. This position required extensive relationship building, marketing, proposal generation, cold calling and public speaking to the Real Estate marketplace including: real estate Brokers, Agents, Agencies, and many other web site related industries.
